What format should I upload my artwork in?
We accept print-ready files in PDF, EPS, AI or high-res JPEG formats. Preferably with 3mm bleed and CMYK colour. Not sure? Our team is happy to check your file before printing.
Can you help me with design?
Absolutely. If you don’t have artwork ready, we offer basic design setup for free and custom design services at a competitive rate.
Do you offer white-label or trade printing?

What’s your average turnaround time?
Most orders are dispatched within 5 working days depending on the product. Need it sooner? Just let us know—we offer express services on many items.
How much is delivery?
We offer free collection if you are local to the Isle of Wight. Delivery charges vary for larger or bulk items—shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or text. You can also log in to your account to check order status.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
At the moment, we focus on UK-based printing and delivery. For bulk orders to Ireland or Europe, get in touch for a custom quote.
What’s the difference between Foamex, Dibond and Correx?
Foamex is a solid PVC board—lightweight but rigid. Dibond is a premium aluminium composite—ultra-durable. Correx is fluted plastic—great for temporary signage. We’ve written a full comparison here → [link to blog]
Are your signs waterproof?
Yes—all of our outdoor signage materials (Foamex, Dibond, Correx, banners) are waterproof and UV-resistant. They’re built to last in the UK weather.
Can you print white ink on clear vinyl?
Yes. We offer white ink printing on clear self-adhesive vinyl—perfect for logos and window graphics that pop against glass.
